Sleeve (men only): Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center of the back of your neck, across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist.
Neck: Measure around the middle of your neck (at Adam's apple), keeping the tape a bit loose.
Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose. The natural waistline is the narrowest part of the torso, not where you pants ride on your hips.
Inseam: Using pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.

The measurements on our size charts are body measurements, Use a tape measure to
measure yourself or have a friend help you. Stand up straight with your feet together
and put the tape loosly around the largest part of what you are measuring.
