December Guaranteed Delivery Timeline:
12/20 Shipping Schedule:
UPS 2-Day Air orders placed on December 20th before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 21st and will be delivered on Friday, December 23rd.
UPS Overnight Air orders placed on Tuesday, December 20th before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 21st and will be delivered on Thursday December 22nd.
12/21 Shipping Schedule:
UPS Overnight Air orders placed on Wednesday, December 21st before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 22nd and will be delivered on Friday December 23th.
UPS 2-Day Air orders placed on December 21st before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 22rd and will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th.
12/22 Shipping Schedule:
UPS Overnight Air orders placed on Thursday, December 22nd before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 23rd and will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27.
UPS 2-Day Air orders placed on December 22nd before 9 p.m. PST will ship on December 23rd and will be delivered on Wednesday, December 28th.
All orders placed after 9 p.m. on 12/22 will ship on Tuesday, December 27
12/23 - 12/26 Shipping Schedule:
All orders placed between Thursday December 22 at 9 p.m. and Monday, December 26th at 5pm PST will ship on Tuesday, December 27th.
General Shipping Info
We want you to get your Toad on as quickly as possible, orders placed before 5pm PST will ship on the following business day. Keep in mind, our shippers take weekends off — orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday. If you place an order and are concerned about when it will ship, give us a ring at (888) 865-8623.
Yep, we can deliver to PO boxes. Just select "PO box" in the shipping section of the checkout process. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, regular ground shipping rates will apply.
UPS Ground and USPS Priority
5-8 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday).
UPS 2nd Day Air®
2 business days after the day of shipping (not including Saturday and Sunday). 2nd Day Air delivery to AK or HI may take 3-4 days from the shipping date.
UPS Next Day Air®
All orders placed before 5pm PST ship the following business day. These orders will arrive the next business day after shipping (not including Saturday and Sunday). Next Day Air delivery is available only in the continental U.S. and requires a signature. UPS will generally not leave a Next Day delivery without a signature, so if you won't be around for delivery, please call us to waive the signature requirement.

On the day after Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve, only Air and International packages can be delivered.

As much as we'd like to let it slide, we must collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California, Washington and Maine.
