Our Guarantee: If you don't get a compliment within three wearings or if you find something wrong with your Toad&Co garment, we'll take
it back and make it right.

RETURNS

Return instructions are located on the back of the invoice included with your order. If you don't have the invoice please contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or info@toadandco.com to set up a return. Once your return is received we'll issue a credit to the original method of purchase. And we may have a new company name, but we will gladly honor Horny Toad returns for items purchased on hornytoad.com.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please mail it back as a regular return item and visit www.toadandco.com to place an exchange order. We don't offer free shipping on returns, but we do offer free shipping on your exchange order. When making your replacement order, use the promo code on the back of your original invoice to receive free shipping. If the item you wish to exchange was not purchased through www.hornytoad.com or www.toadandco.com, please contact the original seller for an exchange.

Returning a Gift

If you'd like to return a gift that was originally purchased on hornytoad.com or toadandco.com, please contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or info@toadandco.com for instructions on how to make an exchange or receive a gift card credit. To speed up the process, please have the invoice number or name of the original purchaser on hand. Unfortunately we cannot make exchanges on gifts that were purchased from another retailer.

Items purchased at another retailer

If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through www.hornytoad.com or www.toadandco.com, please contact the original retailer.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you purchased items at full price on toadandco.com that are now on sale and it is still within 14 days of original purchase, we're happy to give you a price adjustment. Proof of purchase is required and the original method of payment will be credited. Price adjustments will only be applied to the first markdown. Please contact customer service at info@toadandco.com and provide your proof of purchase to receive an adjustment.
