We stand behind everything we make. Wear any Horny Toad product, and if you find something, anything wrong with it, send it back for a refund, credit or replacement.

return authorization
Once your return is received we'll issue a credit to
your original purchasing method (that means either the credit card or Horny Toad gift card you used to pay for the items youre returning).

What if I want an exchange?
-Ok, this is important: our warehouse is a shipping and receiving center only and cannot process exchanges. Please do not write on your return form that you want an exchange! Instead, mail your items back as if youre simply returning them, then call 888.865.8623 or log on to www.hornytoad.com to place an exchange order.
-Wait! Before you send back your return with your invoice, please note there is a promo code on the back of your invoice! This code will guarantee that you'll get FREE SHIPPING. All you have to do is either mention or enter the promo code during checkout.
Nope, I got my Horny Toad clothes elsewhere:
-If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through www.hornytoad.com, please try first returning it through the place where it was originally purchased.
-If you are unable to return your Horny Toad item there, please call or email us for a return authorization (RA).
Do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization and definitely be sure to write your RA number (RA#----) in large, legible print on the outside of your return. We want you to get your RA processed as quickly as possible, so to speed up the process, download our
RA Form and email it back to us at info@hornytoad.com.
When sending the return back to us please use a carrier who can track and insure your package. Keep in mind that Horny Toad is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit.
