If you received your Toad duds as a gift, please do not return them before contacting us first. We are happy to take back your Horny Toad gift as a return or exchange, please email us at info@hornytoad.com or give us a call at 1-888-865-TOAD for details on how to do so.

Detailed instructions to send back your return can be found on the back of your invoice included in your order. If you have misplaced your invoice, received the items as a gift, or do not have an invoice, please contact customer service at 888.865.8623 or email info@hornytoad.com to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization.

When sending the return back to us please use a carrier who can track and insure your package. Please keep in mind Horny Toad is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit.
