If you don't get a compliment within three wearings or if you find something wrong with your Horny Toad garment, we'll take it back & make it right


-You should have detailed instructions on how to return your purchase! Theyre located on the back of the invoice included with your order. The invoice is located in the plastic sleeve containing your shipping label.

-If you dont have an invoice because you misplaced it or the items were a gift, just contact customer service at 888.865.8623 or email to process a return authorization.

Once your return is received we'll issue a credit to your original purchasing method (that means either the credit card or Horny Toad gift card you used to pay for the items youre returning).

-If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through, please contact the place where it was originally purchased.


-Our warehouse cannot process exchanges, so please do not write on your return form that you want an exchange. Instead, mail your items back as if youre simply returning them, and call 888.865.8623 or log on to to place an exchange order.

-There is a promo code on the back of your invoice that will insure free shipping on your replacement order. Be sure to use this code during checkout.

-If your item was not purchased through, please contact the original seller for an exchange.


If you have purchased items at full price on that are now on sale, we're happy to offer you a one-time price adjustment if the original date of purchase was within 14 days of the sale offering. Proof of purchase is required for price adjustments and the original method of payment will be credited. Price adjustments will only be applied to the first markdown.
