Horny Toad Activewear may, at its sole discretion without notification, modify, suspend or terminate the What's In Your Bag? Sweepstakes at any time and may choose not to select or compensate any winners during the outlined sweepstakes period. By sweepstakes entry, each entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Horny Toad Activewear, and its parent, subsidiary companies, affiliates, members, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of, indirectly or directly caused by, or relating to the entry or participation in the What's In Your Bag? Sweepstakes, or sponsor-related activities, and you shall execute such documentation reflecting such release as requested by Horny Toad Activewear. Horny Toad Activewear employees are not eligible for entry in the What's In Your Bag? Sweepstakes.
