We especially like these fibers because theyre produced by sustainable means something that we feel […]

I purchased two Big Chill Hoodies and gave them as gifts to my husband and son for Christmas. Both received rave reviews for comfort, warmth and style. My husband especially loves layering this hoodie and wears it in the office to keep warm. Perfect for the Polar Vortex weather we've been experiencing and the daily long commute into Chicago.

Pros:
fit comfort plush warmth cozy well made

"This is a horrific travesty of justice. Never have I been this disappointed with a clothing company since Champion stopped making their heavy-duty hoodies (I guess they are now owned by Hanes so no wonder).I bought my original Horny Toad Big Chill Hoodie in 2011 or early 2012 and it was the best hoody I have ever owned. Fast-forward to this year, I need another one, so I went to peruse the same brand and style at my local outfitters store, and there it was... the new improved big chill or so they said, only it could not even qualify as a cheap imitation. Cheap stitching sewn directly through the center of the chest area, an awful look just to save a little fabric, when they already employ sweatshop labor in CHINA!!! Did you really need to save an extra few cents on each hoodie???The material is much less soft AND less thick, the pockets are not as good, there is not small extra pocket on the right hand side. The overall feel is much cheaper, literally it feels like an imitation, like a bootlegged product made by some knockoff company. But it was in fact a Horny Toad Big Chill hoodie. They did change the number at least, mine product number was:#H2081002 Fall 2011The new one is H2081303 ... DON'T BUY IT!! Don't support these companies like Horny Toad that cheapen their product when they're already using cheap labor, and then try to capitalize on their customers good will wanting to support what was previously a good product. DON'T DO IT UNTIL THEY BRING BACK THE GOOD MATERIAL, FULL-CUT, WITHOUT STITCHING RUNNING THROUGH THE CHEST AREA TO SAVE MONEY!! BRING BACK THE BETTER POCKETS TOO ON #H2081002"
