The first photo was taken in Door County, Wisconsin back in September 1976. At that time we were all fairly newly married. We've now been married thirty-eight years and thirty-six years. The second photo was taken in Door County, Wisconsin in September 2008 approximately eight miles from where the first photo was taken. It was a random photo taken, with no thought of the photo taken thirty-two years earlier....we just happened to sit down in the same order as the original photo. We've lived in different parts of the country and had not been in DC together since the original photo was taken.

My brother and I watched Saturday morning cartoons like Tom and Jerry and Scooby-Doo. Now, almost 30 years later, this scene is recreated in my house. Right down to the Tom and Jerry and Scooby-Doo.

You can change the rating you give an entry, we keep track and count only the last one you entered. We try to discourage cheaters. The ratings from identified cheaters will not be counted. The rating period closes at midnight PST on the date shown. The photo with the highest rating as determined by legitimate ratings wins. Winners will be notified by email and posted on the site. - We'll need two pics: one from your childhood and a current one of your recreated pose. If you can't get back to the exact spot that the picture was taken, just recreate it.
