Here at Horny Toad we have a little tradition called Adventure Day.  This year’s occasion called for carpooling down to the Ventura Harbor, hopping a ferry to Santa Cruz Island and spending an afternoon sea kayaking and hiking.

If this is our answer to the corporate retreat, we say “bring on the trust fall.”

Having just explored the caves, it might be time for something cold to drink.

Days like this are invaluable to us.  For one thing, they’re a great reminder of how special our neck of the woods is.  For another, they give us a chance to play together outside, away from the office… in wetsuits.
