  • Brand Project Manager/Producer

  • Position: Brand Project Manager/Producer

    Reports To: Creative Director

    Location: Santa Barbara

    Our in-house brand department brings the vision of Toad&Co to life in all communication media. We direct, design and produce all creative assets for print, web, packaging, in-store, trade shows, events and video. We work directly with all departments in the company, as well as external creative resources, content creators and vendors.

    This role is the hub of our brand department: planning, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and trafficking all creative projects - reporting to the creative director. Knowing what it takes to produce great creative on time and on budget is essential. What makes this job fun is working on creative projects with multiple stakeholders and various teams on tight deadlines.

    Specific skills required include knowledge of print, photographic and digital workflows, social media and blogging platforms, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

    We’re looking for someone with at least 3-5 years experience as a project manager. Having worked in the Outdoor and/or apparel industries is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding and trafficking all creative projects
  • Managing creative department schedule
  • Managing project schedules & budgets
  • Routing content
  • Vendor liaison
  • Negotiating vendor bids and contracts

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge of offset printing, digital and video workflows
  • Ability to work well in a team based, deadline-driven environment
  • Self motivated, attention to quality and detail
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in an open environment and with other teams
  • Ability to be flexible with extended work hours as necessary
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

  • This is a full time, in-house, salaried position with benefits. Salary based on experience.
